‬Taylor completed her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Denver with a concentration in Health and Wellness. Her focus of research has been on perinatal health, and as a mother herself, has personal experience with the many joys, struggles, and realities of motherhood. She has a deep passion for helping families move through one of life's biggest transitions and honors each individuals unique journey.

Having studied cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy, Taylors' therapeutic style focuses on strength-based approaches to work collaboratively with clients to meet their goals. Her work is rooted in empathy, openness, connection, exploration, mindfulness, and clarity.

Taylor's previous experiences include crisis work, behavioral intervention with children, and health equity community work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University.

Fun fact, Taylor has a certification in Herbalism from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. Nutrition and natural remedies is a passions of hers that she loves to discuss!

Taylor’s commitment to self-care includes: spending time outside, consuming nutritious foods, regular physical activity, reading novels, mindful moments, gardening, and healthy sleep habits.
