Psychotherapy fee: $100. Sliding scale available.
Kelsey is currently attending Colorado Christian University (CCU) for her Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. She has a deep admiration for the journey individuals and families take to parenthood and the difficulties that come with the postpartum and perinatal period. Each individual's journey is unique, but support can help us foster our movement toward change. Kelsey is happy to incorporate your faith or spirituality into your sessions, if you so desire, but it not a requirement.

Kelsey's approach to therapy is a person-centered and holistic, working toward treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. She values the powerful nature of a connection between parent and child, and her goal to help parents take care of themselves to more fully be present and care for their children. She is also an advocate for parents to maintain an identity of self outside of parenthood, while simultaneously navigating the obstacles of parenthood.

Prior to returning to school, Kelsey stayed at home full time with 2 small children and was an elementary and middle school teacher before having her kids. She is passionate about supporting women and mothers in all stages of womanhood.

Kelsey's commitment to self-care includes: playing drums, reading, playing with her children, cooking & baking, archery, and playing music.
