Lead Coach and Manager of Bella Strength, Jena Franz in collaboration with Carolyn Yates, DPT with Verity Physical Therapy & Wellness will be presenting the function and importance of the pelvic floor for an active life style. In addition, you will learn techniques on how to make sure your pelvic floor is healthy and how to strengthen it. Jena will be using movement as a way to assess your pelvic floor strength and/or health. Furthermore, Dr. Yates who is a pelvic floor specialist as well as a sports physical therapist will be going over some red flags to look out for and when it may be time to meet with a specialist. The goal we have in mind is creating conversation and bringing awareness to the pelvic floor to leave you feeling educated and empowered!
