We received gentle, empowering, and transformative support from Jessica to help our baby (6 months) sleep better. It’s wonderfully apparent how it’s benefiting both baby and us, woohoo! The guidance has been really helpful in how Jessica listens to the details of where we’re all at (parents + baby), and highlights the things we’re doing right. She laid out a gentle, unique-to-us approach for refining our skills to help our daughter in her abilities to self-soothe, fall asleep, and stay asleep! Jessica’s commitment to self-care includes: swimming, and going to bed by 10 pm.
