Intake Coordinator / Office Manager

The Postpartum Wellness Center/Boulder is seeking an Intake Coordinator / Office Manager to join its team!

Position includes:

-Checking PWCB central voicemail twice daily and returning or transferring calls when necessary

- Managing new client requests for therapy and distributing intakes among staff

- Checking PWCB central email and returning and transferring emails when necessary

- General office management including but not limited to stocking tissue, paper, tea, printer paper and ink, kitchen supplies, etc, organizing magazine subscriptions, and flower purchase and upkeep.

- creation and upkeep of social media accounts

- assist in general marketing efforts

- act as liaison between PWCB and community partners

Position Requirements:

- Must have a general interest in maternal and early family mental health

- Must have excellent communication and people skills

- Must have ability to hold patient information as confidential

- Must be interested in and committed to a collaborative working environment
