Intake Coordinator / Office Manager

The Postpartum Wellness Center/Boulder is seeking an intake coordinator/office manager to join its team!

Position includes:

-Checking PWCB central voicemail twice daily and returning or transferring calls when necessary

-Managing new client requests for therapy and distributing intakes among staff

-Checking PWCB central email and returning and transferring emails when necessary

-General office management including but not limited to stocking tissue, paper, tea, printer paper and ink, kitchen supplies, etc, organizing magazine subscriptions, and flower purchase and upkeep.

Position Requirements:

-Must have a general interest in maternal and early family mental health

-Must have excellent communication and people skills

-Must have ability to hold patient information as confidential

-Must be interested in and committed to a collaborative working environment

This position is approximately 5 hours/week.  Job salary is $75/week.  Hours are flexible.
