Julie Ciecior is a mental health therapist at the Postpartum Wellness Center of Boulder. She has a passion for working with maternal mental health. She has training in mindfulness as a skill to help manage anxiety, depression and stress. She also works with the science of the mind and helping clients understand how the brain affects behavior and thought patterns.
