Sometimes the unknown about therapy can get in the way of really diving in. I mean, who doesn't wonder what it might feel like the first time you walk into a therapist's office? It can be down right intimidating for many. What should I say? How much can I ask about the therapist? What, on earth, do I do if it is silent in the room? I know.. its enough to make us squirm.
